The 'How-to' (for Self-care) Handout

So many times we know WHAT we want to do, but we don’t know HOW. For instance, you likely know the type of diet that works for you; the type of foods you want to be eating to be healthy. But HOW do you make that happen? How do you incorporate new foods and new drinks - maybe at new times and from new stores - into your day? It comes down to pattern change. I’ve given a handful of talks on pattern change - in magazines, on podasts, as CME lectures - and have provided this handout with each talk. It’s a practical tool that has helped a bunch of folks shift their daily habits to healthier ones, so it may help you, too.
